14 kVA battery-based power system
The OctoPower 14 + is a battery-based power system, providing 14 kVA 230 VAC, 50 Hz power (28 kVA max). Includes 1 or more Stage V DC diesel generator(s) for fast re-charging of the Lithium batteries.
All components have been pre-selected according to the system design and pre-commissioned in our factory before delivery.

OctoPower 14 + system for Shipyard De Alm
De Alm builds various models, each unique in its own way and all made to meet specific wishes and demands. This exclusivity means the yard only builds a limited number of yachts each year. Although the layout of the models is pretty much set, nearly everything else can be fully customised, from the engines, the colour of the wood and the furnishings to small adaptations to the hull and onboard technology. WhisperPower provided a OctoPower 14 + system for De Alm.
24/7 Monitoring with WhisperCare
The OctoPower 14 + can be monitored 24/7 in real-time remotely via the optional WhisperCare Wi-Fi router package. This is based on a 4G/ 5G internet connection in combination with a WhisperTouch 7ʺ or 10” monitoring screen.
With WhisperCare, all important parameters can be read from a distance via a cell phone, tablet or computer. In addition, full Wi-Fi is now available for computers, TVs and other enabled devices. WhisperPower systems can also be connected to various digital switching systems and each integrates perfectly with Naviop, Yachtcontrol, Garmin, Trigentic, EmpirBus and others.
