The W-SQ Pro 40 diesel generator extends beyond a standalone solution, serving as a key component in a comprehensive energy system when combined with power electronics and a battery bank. This integration allows for a seamless transition between diesel-generated power and stored energy, creating a hybrid system that is both flexible and efficient. The eco-friendly upgrade
Mobile power supply is typically facilitated by trucks equipped with substantial diesel generators. These generators can operate up to 10 hours daily, potentially using up to 300 liters of fuel. Moreover, the absence of aftertreatment in older models means diesel exhaust fumes are a common issue.
Conversely, a novel hybrid solution has been integrated into a Mercedes Sprinter. This system comprises a W-SQ Pro 40 diesel generator that meets the Stage V exhaust criteria and has a capacity of 35 kW, alongside a 32 kW LiFePo4 battery array. It allows for the direct use of up to 21 kW of power without the need for the diesel generator for a certain duration. When additional power is required, a cumulative output of as much as 56 kW is achievable.

Revolutionizing efficiency: cut costs and emissions
The WhisperPower hybrid system operates entirely on autopilot. The generator kicks in to recharge the battery bank as soon as it detects a need, ensuring the process is completed in the minimal amount of time.
The WhisperPower system has reduced our fuel expenses by more than 80%. Now, the W-SQ Pro 40 diesel generator is only needed for up to two hours a day during regular operations. We were astonished to find that, after an extensive day of shooting, we only needed to refuel with a few liters of diesel. Additionally, the absence of noxious exhaust odors is a significant improvement.

The W-SQ Pro 40 can be monitored 24/7 in real-time remotely via the optional WhisperCare Wi-Fi router package. This is based on a 4G/ 5G internet connection in combination with a WhisperTouch 7ʺ or 10” monitoring screen.
With WhisperCare, all important parameters can be read from a distance via a cell phone, tablet or computer. In addition, full Wi-Fi is now available for computers, TVs and other enabled devices. WhisperPower systems can also be connected to various digital switching systems and each integrates perfectly with Naviop, Yachtcontrol, Garmin, Trigentic, EmpirBus and others.
